『夏に食べたい!夏の暑さに負けたくない!』
こんにちわ!モグーです!
夏の暑さで食欲があまりない時もあると思いますが、たくさん食べて元気に夏を乗り越えたいですね!
そんな夏の季節にモグーが勝手に食べたいなぁと思ったものを見ていきたいと思います( つ•̀ω•́)つ
載せたい食べ物が多くなってしまったので、投稿を2回に分けさせていただきます〜
野菜で栄養補給
夏になるとどうしても冷たいものが食べたくなってしまうのですが、野菜で考えるとトマトは食べやすいですし、冷やしてもおいしく食べれるので良いですよね〜

とうもろこしは茹でただけでも焼いても、モグーはおいしく食べられます〜

夏は食べやすい麺類もいいですよね
麺類はつるつるでモグーは食欲があまりなくても、思っていたより量を食べられる時が多いです〜。

おいしく食べて体力つけたい
うなぎを毎日食べるのは難しいと思いますが、食欲がないときは奮発してうなぎをおいしく食べて、夏バテ防止するのもいいですよね!
