『秋に食べたい!秋は涼しくて過ごしやすい!』
こんにちわ!モグーです!
夏の暑さもひと段落した秋はいいですよね。
秋の涼しさや爽やかさで過ごしやすく、食欲が増して美味しい食べ物でついつい食べ過ぎてしまいそうです。
そんな秋の季節にモグーが勝手に食べたいなぁと思ったものを見ていきたいと思います( つ•̀ω•́)つ
載せたい食べ物が多くなってしまったので、投稿を2回に分けさせていただきます〜
炊き込みご飯
これはモグーだけかもしれないのですが、秋になると炊き込みご飯がとても食べたくなります〜
秋の味覚をふんだんに使った炊き込みご飯はたまりません!きのこは香りや食感もとてもいいので、炊き込みご飯にするといいですよね〜
旬の具材だけでなく、いろんな炊き込みご飯を見ていきたいと思います!

いも
秋はさつまいもがほくほく甘くておいしいので、焼き芋や蒸し芋はスイーツのように楽しめます!
料理ですと芋はホクホク食感で食べ応えもあって満足感があります〜。
